Tikker is a flexible electronic time card software that works offline, as a kiosk, or on employees phones. This project was developed in partnership with JD&C Services, as bot JD&C and CE Solutions were experiencing the same issues with other electronic time card software. Tikker helps businesses eliminate paper, reduce payroll costs, and provide business owners with a more in depth understanding of their payroll costs, employee's hours worked, and overtime costs incurred by each employee. In addition, all stat holiday and overtime calculations are automated. Tikker is developed in compliance with the Alberta Labour Standards and can be configured to work for employees on 8/44 regulations, 10/50 regulations, shift work, and contractors.
West Central Contracting was previously tracking their field tickets and sub contractor's invoices manually, which was causing missed info or payments and was very time consuming. We worked with West Central to help them automate their field ticket process, invoice tracking, payment tracking, and ticket book tracking. Their software is plug and play with their accounting system, so as their company grows, more automation can be implemented and cost savings achieved.
McStrong Safety Services was previously utilizing a large Access database that was starting to get large and troublesome to use. We worked with McStrong to determine how we could create a custom software solution that could be accessible from multiple office locations and increase the productivity in their office. A database was developed to copy their preexisting database and a custom web app was developed to interact with their new database. The application and database were hosted through CE Solutions shared hosting servers.
JD&C Serivces was looking for a custom software solution to help automate the business analytics, data entry, and financial portion of their business operations. A custom web application, along with database were developed to help with that need. The application automates a large portion of the business operations and admin side of the business.
The Town of Fox Creek was looking to automate a large portion of their data entry in the parks and recreation department. The solution developed for them allows for digital entry and record keeping of their campgrounds that they manage. Reporting and financials are now automated and accessible remotely for field staff and in the town's offices.
